Credit Card Guarantee
Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.
It’s common for people to think that because there is a forecast of bad weather that they need to cancel their event. However, it has been our experience that 99% of the time the weather is either wrong or not severe enough to affect your event. Because of this, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event in order to receive a full refund excluding the deposit. If the weather on the day of your event is so severe that it becomes dangerous to have our equipment we will give you a rain check that can be applied to a future event. Customers are still responsible for the entire balance for cancellations made after the 48 hour time window.
For 7% of your rental fee you can purchase equipment protection. This is a temporary insurance for our equipment while it is in your care. Under our contract and terms you are responsible for any damage that happens to our equipment while the unit is in your possession. The equipment protection covers any damage that may occur during your rental period excluding intentional damage or theft. This insurance is not liability insurance nor does it cover personal injury. Injury or damage insurance can be purchased as an additional fee and is typically utilized by organizations such as schools and churches.
